Strong year spurred by focused offerings that
address today’s key business needs
SEATTLE – January 19, 2011 – Impact Achievement Group (IAG) enjoyed a strong 2010, continuing its aggressive growth pattern, announcing seven consecutive years of growth and profitability. The leadership development company has grown 33 percent over the last three years and added a broad range of new clients in a diverse range of private and public sector organizations.
Lee Klepinger, president of IAG, attributes the company’s growth to three main factors. The first is steady growth in IAG’s leadership and management development solutions. Second, IAG identified a hunger for and significant void of quality solutions for front line management training. Organizations typically do not allocate their training dollars to front-line supervisors, yet this is where retention and discretionary energy are most highly impacted.
Consequently, there was a hearty appetite for IAG’s Supervisory Basics series, 12 individual yet linked two-hour training modules that help new and seasoned, but untrained, managers understand the management skills and tactics required to ensure engagement and business results.
