New e-Book from Impact Achievement Group
Teaches Key Management Skills

SEATTLE – January 31, 2011 – Impact Achievement Group (IAG) has released an e-book to help managers develop the skills essential to their success. The e-book offers practical tips, checklists and examples that managers and supervisors can immediately put into practice. Representing the largest pool of management talent in most companies, front line managers and supervisors prove critical to an organization's success. Companies that develop superior leaders can execute more effectively than their competition.

“Supervisory Essentials: Helping Supervisors Transition to Effective Leaders” touches on topics ranging from coaching fundamentals and how to delegate to giving performance reviews and handling difficult employees—the real nuts and bolts that define and undergird capable leaders.

The e-book is derived from The Supervisory Basics Training Series, which consists of 12 individual yet linked two-hour modules, delivered in leader-led or eLearning formats, helping managers understand the management behaviors and tactics required to ensure their own and their company’s success.

Co-authors Rick Tate and Julie White, Ph.D. of IAG are internationally recognized experts in management and leadership development and a variety of other business topics. Tate is a best-selling author whose acclaimed training programs have been translated into a dozen languages and distributed all over the world. White is author of five best-selling audio and video programs, including the national best-seller, “Image and Self Projection.” Together, they wrote the recent book, “People Leave Managers…Not Organizations.”
